Cheating in the World Cup
Ah yes, how can we forget people trying to cheat in the World Cup faking an injury when there is hardly any contact in the tackle or hand swinging around and players fall to the ground screaming in pain like as if their legs were broken. This is now a major issue in football where playing fair is the thing of the past.
Example of this in the current world cup is Thierry Henry falling to the ground when Puyol hardly touched him (France vs Spain) and the free kick led to a goal. Well Henry is not the only one while others are also doing it too in the last world cup such as Ronaldo or I think was Ronaldo faking as a ball hit his face from an unecessary hard kick from another player because Brazil was suppose to take a corner which the ball hit his shin but instead he grabbed his face and fall to the ground. As amusing as it is, it was stupid and Ronaldo (clarify: I think it is him) got caught for faking and got a yellow card. Well other players also do it over the years as well in club football.
FIFA said they will be doing something about it but till now nothing has really been done about it yet. I have a suggestion for them. How about letting the players cheat in the game and after the game, take action such as banning the player from playing 3 matches and a huge fine to discourage them from doing such play acting in the game. There is so many camera's around that video footage is not impossible to obtain. How about that FIFA? simple solution that you can use to experiment. If it works, excellent, if it doesn't, back to the drawing board.
Ok...time to be away from cheating to the semi final matches. Germany vs Italy and France vs Portugal. Who would have known Brazil actually got knocked out of the World Cup in the Quarterfinals when they were one of the favourites to win with having players such as Ronaldo, Ronaldino, Roberto Carlos, Cafu and others. World Class players such as England has. What happened for Brazil? Soccernet believed it was over confidence in the team. Everyone believe they were the champions again this year, and they sucked that in and played less effectively and underestimate their opponents and fell apart. I think it is a good single reason but then, there are others that state otherwise.
Well it doesnt matter now. Brazil is out and my prediction for the finals will be Germany vs France, but if Portugal gives a shock to France and head on to the finals, I'll accept that :) Anyways I'll end here. Cheerios and enjoy the World Cup. It is ending soon.

England out of the world cup
Must be sad news for the England fans as Portugal went through to the semi finals where England fell apart on penalties. Although it was known by most people with the way England played during the competition was less than satisfactory with the players they had and criticized that the chances of them winning the world cup was slim, still, this match against Portugal, they played extremely well.
Some of you might be cursing for Rooney's mistake for kicking the wrong balls and received a red card for his attitude and mistake, that might have led to the loss of England during that match. I would think he didnt deserve the red but its the referee who decides and it can't be changed. Those balls are the future of the player and his kids.
Although England was down to ten men after 60 minutes, they fought hard with lots of strength and good spirit and even had a couple of extremely good chances, but it wasn't their year or their day. It was all decided during the penalty shootout where England failed to score, as 3 out of 4 shots was saved by one man which I believe would be the man of the night and match; Ricardo. I would feel pity and sadness for Beckham as this year might be his last year leading England in the world cup, but cheer up Becks; you got a hot wife and 3 kids to look forward to. Not all is lost. As for the rest of the England team, hope your new manager will do better than the current one. Good luck in 2010.
When I was watching this match, me and my friends were at Pizzeria at Milton which I believe we were the only group that was supporting Portugal. When England lost in the game, the whole place was quiet except us cheering that Portugal went through as they were more consistant in their performance. Still, after Christiano Ronaldo scored the last penalty shot, we left immediately before the England fans there chase us out :p A well deserved win in any case for Portugal.
Next match Brazil vs France. This might be a classic match of 1998 World Cup. I would favour Brazil to win but anything can happen with football. We shall see what happens. OLE OLE OLE OLE!!!~~~~ Cheers.

Been having lack of sleep for the past few days. It's suppose to be the holidays and also the time where I can sleep as much as I want. Well, the reason for the lack of sleep have been because of me going out with friends alot these past few days and it has been an excellent time for me to be enjoying life that I didn't take the time to before. A good price to pay to have fun.
On Monday was playing games with a group of friends and got home abt 4am and slept at 5am. Because I wanted to go ice skating the next day with them had only abt 5 hrs of sleep as I was told to wake up at 10am. Reluctantly I got out of bed and got ready for them to pick me up and what do you know? They haven't woken up yet. Man!! I should have been like them and kept on sleeping. But ah well, Malaysians aren't usually punctual when it comes to a set time.
Of course ice skating was fun. Hadn't ice skate in a while and I believe I've gotten better in it. Although I did fall on my ass once or twice as I love to skate at fast speed and try to avoid banging into people in front of me. Sometimes I panic which I believe was the reason to me falling. Lose concentration and pop! my ass in on ice. The ice skating venue was freezing cold. It's like a freezer in there. I just stepped in and I can't stop myself from shaking. Knew I should have put on more clothes but can't blame myself for being half dead when I just woke up still tired. We spend almost 2-3 hrs skating and getting blisters. Still it was fun. After skating, we were off to Sunnybank to have lunch at a place called Malaya. The have big portions when it comes to food and most of us didn't finish our food except me, Johnathan and Joanna. After being satisfied, finally its time to go home and take a rest. Around 11pm I got a call to go to------->
KLUB KANDY
For those that stay in Brisbane know of this event pretty well. It's hosted by a group of people from Hong Kong and supported by a number of student associations. To be blunt, basically an Asian party. There was alot of people especially Asians and remarkably, less Australians. I would expect Australians to fill up the place as well but was not the case this time. It wasn't too bad compared to the previous one although I didnt show up for it where people can't even move inside the club. To move you have to squeeze your way through everyone. Too many people = crap party.
Since there was not alot of people, it was alright but still, I was tired to even really enjoy myself. Then when we were about to leave, some interesting show occured outside the club. 2 guys got beaten up by 5 other people for some stupid reason. But it doesn't seem to amaze me anymore. I see this most of the time when I go clubbing. Some idiot makes a mistake or did something stupid, then the other idiot just whacks him. Whether the guy getting whacked deserved it or not is another story. Still, some people just want to act tough in front of others.
Anyways, my head is spinning around at the moment so I'll end it here. Here will the highlight of my ending of this post. Those who study in UQ, results will most likely be out by 5th July. Good luck to all.

You must be wondering who this particular person is? I didn't know myself until I watched an emotional documentary about him. He was a man, a Japanese Diplomat, that I never knew such a man would exist in this world. During the WWII he saved 6000-10000 Jews by defying the Japanese government and risk his life and family against the Russians and the German Nazi by writing thousands of visa's 16 hrs a day for 4 weeks in order to allow the Jews to leave the country away from suffering and murders done by the Russians and the Germans during the war. During that time, he suffered the hardships and today the survivors saved by Sugihara honor him and cannot thank him enough for what he has done. If you would like to read more...here is the link.
Chiune Sugihara
I have full of respect for this man

Good day my dear readers. How's life?? Anyways, exams just ended for me and what a relieve. No more suffering from trying to stay awake, trying to keep my eyes on the book and not wonder around trying to find little things to distract me. But with this relieve, always comes a price. Now I am freaking bored with nothing better to do. Trina told me, don't guys love games? Its true that games can entertain me, but lately, I prefer going out than sticking to games. Makes life more interesting for me and be sociable with others.
I remember a guy I met in this game called World of Warcraft said this once, "I'd rather give up sex for WoW". What the hell is wrong with gamers nowadays? A game is better than sex? You must be joking me. There are even cases of people dying over games such as died from exhaustion or starvation and what's worse, committed suicide by jumping down a building with a suicide note "For the Heroes of the Game (World of Warcraft). Is life worth throwing away just for a bloody game? If you are a gamer, play responsibly and remember there is life outside games...and its the only life worth having that sitting your ass down in front of the PC for hours everyday forgetting everyone around you. Its fantasy to be with games...and not reality.
Its true that some people play games for a living as they are good at it and even get paid just for playing games. Its cool to have a future like that without the need to work hard but chances of getting a life like that is very small. There are even people who are married that play World of Warcraft or FFXI online that have kids and everyday they come home from work, the PC is the first thing they look forward to. They dont pay attention to their family enough or even spend time with them. Really, please get a life. Dont waste it and ruin your own family. There are those out there that love you. The game doesnt love you. It love's your money. For those that died cause of the game. I have no pity for them. Its just plain stupid. I don't want a life that revolves around games :D
Well today is the second day of holidays for me and I really need a job or I'll die without money. hehe. Parents told me that they wont give me money during the holidays so this is my only option to survive. hehe....well I guess its my fault that I didn't work hard enough when I got a job before and usually leave that job after a short period of time. Well its a good thing for me to be having a job too. I've seen friends work hard just to earn money on their own and they spend it however they see fit. The good thing of earning your own dough.
Hmm I can go on forever but I'll save those for another time. Signing off

Heylo to all!! I made a post last night at a friend's site about her being an alcoholic which was more of me teasing her about it, but in the end I got a negative response which made me feel guilty. Probably because the way I wrote it made her think that way, so I guess it can be considered my fault. I don't know if you ever read my blog till today, but if you do...here I am to personally apologise to you again....I'm sorry~~
Well Friday night as usual I went out again with another friend to the Underground in the city to have some beers and to chill out. It was a busy night filled with people getting drunk and several guys trying to pick out chicks, get kisses from them and what not. This is one reason why I am afraid certain friends of mine that loves partying may fall into this trap of guys trying to take advantage of girls while they are drunk or too high and may fall into it as there is a point when you are drunk you don't really care whats going on around you. Scary for me in a way...but then again, what can I do? Just believe and hope nothing like this will ever happen to the people I care. Guys like these are just looking for one night stands in my view which I disrespect for such attitudes and goals. Women are not tools!!!
There was one time about 2.30am, the DJ decided to make a contest with $100 cash prize if you can dance dirty on a small stage. It was nice watching these people dancing their @ss off trying to win the cash and some girls even took off their bras to hype up the atmosphere that night. I guess an act in desperation to win the cash I would think. Well, I was drunk on my own as my friend got carried away with another guy and ditched me. LOL! but none the less...it wasn't too bad and I can tell you this, those naked women on stage, didnt do anything to make the night anymore interesting than it was...hahaha!! Didn't know what else to do and went home straight after the contest. Had an ok night anyways.
Well today I spent the whole day in uni today studying for the exam I will be having on Saturday. I wouldn't say its the first time I've done it, but reluctant to even try it. But I guess if I dont want distractions from my PC, internet and PS2 and to do well for my papers just this once instead of getting unsatisfying consistant results over the 2 years I am here. Its time for a change and since it is also my final year, might as well do what I can to become a better student. I guess I will be trying to do this going to uni thing till late night for the next few nights or weeks till the exams are over. I'll probably get sick of doing this but what the hell. For the sake of getting better results!!!
I feel like the things I write is sooo boring. I guess pictures would cheer things up as Ben said and also hoping to improve myself on the things I write. Eventually I'll get there maybe and not bore people to death. If one day people decides not to read my blog anymore I'll be sooo sad..but always a possibility in everything. Well, I'll end here with 1 word...or 2..I don't even know..hahah!! Good night!

haha!! i'm not so consistant with my blog after all..EXAMS!!
Hello my dear friends and readers. As the title implies, its true as you can see in the month of May, I've only posted 5 times. Hehe....I can be a really lazy person and I can't deny it. Though rushing assignments last two weeks was a pain in the @ss but at least I got it done on time. Well it's still not over yet as exams are getting closer and mine starts on the 10th of June at 8am in the morning. Yes...exams...8am on a Saturday. Well there goes my beauty sleep.
Also how sad is it to have your exam beginning on the first day and ends on a day before the last day where most of my friends would be enjoying the holidays during the time they finish their last paper. I can imagine them looking at the clock counting the seconds away until the invigilator says, put down your pens!! and they put out a sigh of relief knowing that its finally over for now. Good feeling isn't it? Unless you are the type that don't sleep last night just to rush and finish studying for today's paper, then you'll look like a zombie without a smile on your face, but just wanting to go home and sleep and smile happily the next day :D..and maybe even call me to tease me about it. LOL!! I'll switch off my phone I swear!!
Well I cant complain about the days 10th, 19th, 21st and 23rd since I had worse times with exam timetables in the past where I had 4 paper in 4 days. When I finished my last paper, my friends just started theirs. It was amusing teasing them about it but it was a nightmare to finish it so quickly and having less time to prepare. Still teasing was fun. Its not fun if it happens to me though. HEH! Well, I got exactly 9 days to prepare my first paper and here I am lazing off and not doing anything productive even though my lecture notes are right in front of me. But can't help it...I'm tired from playing games....hahaha..lame excuse no? but its true....playing games can make you tired especially when you just spend about 6 hrs in front of the PC trying to kill other players ignoring your body needs and pain. My back hurts!! haha..I know I know..its my fault :p
Tomorrow will be going to class from 11m till 4pm...then I'll have to go to play football (soccer) and after that, at 10pm..going to meet a friend to chill and have a few drinks which means, another day wasted. Well at least doing that made me decide to skip playing online game on Saturday where my guild or group always have 40 ppl that I have never met before go and kill stuffs and get good items out of it. Well, studying for the exam is more important now and games can always wait. I better not slack off half way studying to play games as I always did in the past. It can be so distracting and annoying. Well I need to wash some dishes now before trying to study tonight at least 1 chapter of lecture notes before I do anything else. So with that, I'll end today's post with a tired looking face :) Good luck to those have exams soon too as well as those that might be working and hate it :p Cheers

YOOOOO!!! wassup to everyone?? Lately I've been too busy trying to finish up assignments that are all due end of this month to even have to time to update my blog regularly. Fortunately I've done 2 out of 3 and the last one is due in 2 days!!! Man I've never really completed a huge assignment in 2 days before. Ah well, I'm probably screwed if I cant get most of it done soon. And I'm bloody stuck on how the structure of assignment is going to be like and also confused with the question that I have to answer. Grrrrrr.....Not only are these damn assignments pressuring me but also exams approaching soon and I haven't even started revising on them. As usual, I always prepare late when it comes to preparing for exams. Still these assignments are taking up my time and getting me pissed off. Well what assignments wont when time is running out? Anyways I am kind of blogging and doing work so I'll make this entry short for the sake of getting back to work. Cheers!

Yooooo!!!! Its been a while since I last posted. Today one of the many things I am going to talk about here is being mature. What does it take to be a mature person when a guy like myself cannot deny I'm still childish in many ways in how my mind works. I'm sure all guys will never truely become a mature person until we hit 25-30 years old or experiences in our life that will change us where most will never ever have that. Not that I am intentionally insulting my own gender but its a fact that most of us will have to accept cause if you think about it...its true and I've come to notice it. I guess I as a guy have much to learn from women or from other older men but I'd rather stick with learning it from women..hahahha!!
KIDS
A few days back I was talking to a friend while eating in a Vietnamese restaurant at Hawken Drive about kids. I don't know how we got into that conversation but we did. I told her when I get married and have kids, I want my first child to be a girl. And she was shocked. She told me most guys would like their first child to be a boy. I guess I'm weird? In a way I guess boys can be irritating and be a brat especially when they are still young. Not saying girls won't but I believe they would be more obedient. Thats not only it though. Its probably because I've always wanted to have a younger sister that I could look after and love her with all my heart and she would do the same for me. But of course that would never happen since I am already the youngest and its the end of the offsprings from my parents. When did I start wanting to have a younger sis? years ago which I cant exactly remember. I guess it's thanks to a dream I had. No point talking about that though :)
Friday night outing
Well last night I went out with Benji to a Belgium bar in the city. They brew their own beer!! It had like live band performances and 6-8 plasma tv all over the place and a small pool table. Mixed around with Australians that night. I guess it will be the first bunch of Aussies I've ever hanged out with and drinking lots of alcohol. We drank jug after jug of beer and I eventually got pretty drunk, and though I was very wobbly when standing or even when I am walking, I had a good time. I wanted to drink more but I knew if I did, I'll be sleeping in the bar. I'll have to admit that beer do taste horrible when you just started drinking it, but it gets better after that when you are drunk. It taste like water. I also learned from an Australian that if you said you were high, they would think that you are on illegal drugs. He said the word high and drunk is two different things for them. So if you meet someone and you feel high from alcohol, just say you are drunk.

A Night Out with a large grp of friends
Well well, I'm finally making an effort to update my blog once again. Well, the blog has been my best friend where it is willing to hear my thoughts without questioning me but hey, its just a program, of course it doesn't question me. haha...sorry, being silly there. About Den's reply on fans reading my blog, well I think you and a few others I know might be reading this, others might be, but I won't know about it either since only a few of you actually tagged my blog site. Not saying others should if they don't want to . But fans? haha..I'm not that good of a writer.
Last night which was Saturday, went out to night party called colours in Chinatown with a large group of friends and strangers. The party was a flop of course with only less than 50 people showed up for it. How sad can that be? The organizers must have been pretty disappointed with the turn up rate and I wouldn't blame them for feeling that way. But before I went to the party, I showed up at the casino with some other friends going to the party as well. Its been a long time since I gambled so last night I decided to give it a shot and what do you know? I lost $20 in less than 5 mins! HAHAHA!! I shouldn't have followed the other guy with his large $300 bet, but compared to that guy, $20 is a small loss.
Decided to wonder around the casino a bit and watched Joanne played her black jack game with $100 budget. Out of the 10 rounds, she only won 2 times!! It must have been painful to lose $60 so easily. Therefore a lesson to everyone, once you start losing, dont play anymore or you will just lose more. Since I had a $60 budget and lost $20, I went back to the same table and give it another go and woot!!! I won $45 which almost covered my entire expense of buying beer in the club.
Although the party was a flop, I still had a good time drowning my memories with beer and getting pretty high and wobbly and basically forget about the bad times I had in the past few weeks and spend it with a large group of people walking around Chinatown to the city at 3am searching for a toilet..hahaha!! Of course not just toilet but some place we could chill and find more booze. Since places started closing, the casino was the only place left which meant no more booze and just to kill time till the late night bus arrived. I would like to spend more times like this with friends as it makes me happy and forget things I shouldn't be hoping for. I guess this would be the begining of a new me and I am begining to like it.
